So I have read frequently how people are looking for N/A pumps when they remove the Hicas system since the TT pump is a dual pump and the second pump is no longer used. I took a look at the FSM exploded views for the TT pump and it appears to me that the TT pump should work fine with a few small mods. First remove the back of the pump and take out all the vanes in the pump rotor. Reassemble. Then cap off the pressure port. By doing this, the second pump will not generate any flow. The rotor and shaft will be lubricated by the oil free flowing into the pump through the intake port. It might be good to open the capped off pressure port long enough to bleed any trapped air. Cap off the extra reservoir port and it should work just fine. I will mention that I have not actually done this but I do work with hydraulics and I see no reason why this would cause any issues. Let me know if you think I am overlooking something and if you try it, please let us all know how it works.
KKROFFTNow occurs everywhere, simultaneously. But it doesn't have to be experienced the moment it happens. Every now that ever was is still exactly when it was, when it was now. Then, in terms of perception, is nothing more than all the nows that are no longer now. Thus, the difference between now and then is when. --The Waystoppers Users' Manual
